EYE/ VISUAL/COLOUR
Gleaming Alizarin red with unexpected glints of ruby, as if one were immersed in a Corsican red coral reef.
NOSE/ OLFACTORY
Head notes: Lineage: wickerwork. Striking fragrance of dried willow branches and cherry stones.
Heart notes: Family: citrus fruits. Instant explosion of notes of candied blood oranges and Fortunella Margarita.
Base notes: Dominant notes: mineral. Surprising impression of chalkiness to complete the sensorial experience.
PALATE/ GUSTATORY
The first impression is one of sweetness, which gives way to a generous yet vigorous mouth feel with a certain tension that contributes to the sensation of straightness and verticality, before reaching a stunning, unexpected “powdery” finish.
