The first lines are written by Robert Guérin, when at the end of the 30's he settles in Chenac-sur-Gironde as a winegrower with 2,5 ha. Fascinated by his territory and its assets, he elaborates Pineau des Charentes which he will popularize, on his Solex, in Saint Palais, his home town.
A new chapter begins when his children settle down and develop the family production. Accompanied by an uncle and 3 winegrowers from the region, they created the "SICA Puy Gaudin" on May 1, 1967 in order to pool their knowledge and tools.

The chapters follow one another; the changes of site, the marketing in large-scale distribution, the installation of the new generations... For each line written, the passion of the Guérin family towards its territory, its trade and its desire to share with you their products remains intact.

Today's chapter is written by a great Family. Passionates, they wish to share with you and make you discover their world: a subtle mix of know-how, daily work and modernity. It is this cocktail that gave birth to Guérin Pineaux, Cognacs and Vermouths.
