EYE/ VISUAL/COLOUR

Captivating dark poppy red with intense, precise topaz glints.

NOSE/ OLFACTORY

Head notes: Lineage: spicy. An unexpected impression of saffron from the High Atlas Mountains, punctuated by hints of cold tobacco.

Heart notes: Family: fruity. The second nose immediately develops a fruity/spicy pop that is caught somewhere between Royal Ann cherries and white pepper.

Base notes: Dominant notes: floral. Must be allowed to breathe for a few minutes in order to reach its full potential of raspberries infused with rose petals.

PALATE/ GUSTATORY

The first impression is fluid and luscious, followed by a sensation of airiness and smoothness. A soothing, refreshing roundness in the mouth with a subtle yet essential hint of bitterness that ensures this Pineau will only improve with time.
